  [FFe] Update ubuntukylin-theme to 1.7.0

Status in ubuntukylin-theme package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Since UKUI desktop environment has already put in ubuntu archive,
  ukui-theme and ukui-icon-theme  needed to add in the system.

  It's currently being staged on the ppa:

  The main change:
    1. add ukui-theme and ukui-icon-theme.
