[Bug 1677157] [NEW] [FFe] Update ubuntukylin-theme to 1.7.0

Since UKUI desktop environment has already put in ubuntu archive, ukui-
theme and ukui-icon-theme  needed to add in the system.

It's currently being staged on the ppa:

The main change:
  1. add ukui-theme and ukui-icon-theme.
  2. adapt to new Nautilus icon name.(LP: #1669663)
  3. remove empty directory
  4. drop kylin-greeter and unity-greeter in control file.
