I've taken the liberty of assigning the ubuntu-sponsors team which are
the ones who decide whether a package will get synced or not. (See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess for more details on
requesting syncs, including the `requestsync` tool which does this
automatically.)
