Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/latest-ids.patch:
    - Update to latest IDs
  * debian/patches/lsusb-t-segfault.patch: Fix a segfault with lsusb -t
    when /sys/bus/usb/devices is empty.  Thanks to Erwan Prioul

Both patches are already fixed in Debian.
