Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Fix build failure, using StringValuePtr instead of STR2CSTR.
    - Use dh-autoreconf instead of dh-autotools-dev
Fixed in debian

  * QA upload.
  * Fix "FTBFS: format not a string literal and no format arguments
    [-Werror=format-security]": add patch which adds a format argument.
