  Please sync obexftp 0.23-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
      - Fix build failure, using StringValuePtr instead of STR2CSTR.
      - Use dh-autoreconf instead of dh-autotools-dev
  Fixed in debian
