Please sync libaacs 0.5.0-2 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

It is completely ABI compatible and won't need a rebuild of rdepends.
I have tested this version with the currently built binaries of vlc
and mplayer which keep working fine.
Please take note of a minor soname and shlibs bump which didn't effect
the compatibilty.
