[Bug 821950] [NEW] hybserv needlessly wakes up every 200 microseconds

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Ubuntu Foundation's Bug Bot (crichton):

Hybserv (src/sock.c) calls select() with a 200μs timeout in a loop which
effectively just repeats the call if no activity was detected. This is
a problem for CPU power management (the CPU can't go to sleep even if
hybserv appears idle).

This behaviour is present in at least 1.9.2-4.1, i.e. at least in lucid,
maverick, natty and oneiric.

** Affects: hybserv (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
