[Bug 835488] [NEW] FFe: Sync radiotray 0.6.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

radiotray 0.6.3-1 in oneiric does not start up (bug 835434)
The new upstream bugfix release available in debian fixes this issue.
The changes are mostly bugfixes the largest change is addition of an unfinished mpris2 dbus interface.
The implementation of this interface is installed but not used by radiotray so it should not cause regressions.
Also the packaging was correctly changed from dh_pysupport to dh_python2.
