[Bug 835488] [NEW] FFe: Sync radiotray 0.6.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

radiotray 0.6.3-1 in oneiric does not start up (bug 835434)
The new upstream bugfix release available in debian fixes this issue.
The changes are mostly bugfixes but also a mpris2 dbus interface was
added (not mentioned in upstream changelog).
This interface only adds new isolated features and should not cause regressions.
Also the packaging was correctly changed from dh_pysupport to dh_python2.
