Bug description:
Please sync winff 1.3.1-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

I implemented the Ubuntu delta into the Debian packages by creating
control.ubuntu, and copying it in the rules file.

I intend to keep all the necessary Ubuntu changes in the Debian package
so that the package can stay in sync with Ubuntu.

Changelog entries since current natty version 1.3.0-1ubuntu2:

winff (1.3.1-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * dropped translation patches
  * Added patch fix_last_option_in_advanced_options (LP: #574921)
  * Smart rules file to remove diff Ubuntu/Debian
    - Added control.ubuntu for Ubuntu specific control file
    - Added presets-ubuntu.xml for Ubuntu presets
  * Updated debian/README.debian
  * Bumped standards version to 3.9.1 (no changes needed)
