This bug was fixed in the package muinescrobbler - 0.1.8-0ubuntu6

  * Change from csc to mono-csc to fix FTBFS. (LP: #538386)
  * debian/control:
    - Change from libglade2.0-cil (>= 1.9.2) to libglade2.0-cil-dev in B-D
    - Change from libgconf2.0-cil (>= 1.9.2) to libgconf2.0-cil-dev in B-D
    - Change from libgnome2.24-cil to libgnome2.0-cil-dev in B-D

Bug description:
Hi, using and updated lucid in cowbuilder I have this ftbfs with muinescrobler.

make[1]: csc: Command not found
make[1]: *** [AudioscrobblerPlugin.dll] Error 127
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/buildd/muinescrobbler-0.1.8'

Should be changed csc to mono-csc and in build depends *-cil to *-cil-dev
