Bug description:
Hi, using and updated lucid in cowbuilder I have this ftbfs with muinescrobler.

make[1]: csc: Command not found
make[1]: *** [AudioscrobblerPlugin.dll] Error 127
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/buildd/muinescrobbler-0.1.8'

Should be changed csc to mono-csc and in build depends *-cil to *-cil-dev
