g_format_size_for_display() was reverted back to the previous behavior.
Please stall this patch until we decided how to progress with glib2.0
(bug #369525).

Binary package hint: gparted

Most GNOME applications use SI prefixes. gparted uses IEC prefixes instead. It should use SI prefix instead to comply with the units policy [1], because it has no option for selecting the preferred prefix.
