Ubuntu & SoC 2009

After much internal discussion it has been decided that we are not going to
participate in Summer Of Code 2009.

The reason for this is that we don't really have sufficient time and
resources to ensure our participation in the program meets the expected
needs. As such, we would prefer to not take part as opposed to providing
a sub-par standard of participation due to lack of time and resources.

We are hoping that we can participate in Summer Of Code 2010 and have
the resources and time available to take part and have the program
benefit the Ubuntu community. Thanks, folks.
