Looking for mentor for GSoC

Hi,

please add your proposal to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/GoogleSoC2009/Ideas,
together with the information where it comes from, what you do want to
implement, and how it is integrated into Ubuntu. Also mention that you are
looking for a mentor.
