Hello Everyone,

I am finally shaking off the jetlag and I am definitely enjoying the cool
weather here in Italy. I must say, though, that it seems terribly dry here.
I'm finding it difficult to take reasonably short showers!

Like the rest of us, I am impressed by the way our team came together for
the event. I worked with a lot of groups and companies as we prepared for
SFDS08. Team Ubuntu was the most organized, best prepared and most
enthusiastic of any, including the companies that do this as their business.

It's an exciting time to be involved in the FOSS movement. TUSG has a big
role to play as Singapore discovers both the practical and the philosophical
benefits of FOSS and Ubuntu. From what I have seen over the last few weeks,
we are defnitely ready for the challenge.
