Billy,
I'm a bit confused.
You still want the A2 posters at $11.00/piece? It will cost around $220 for 20pcs.
The A3 posters costs around $3/piece. I would rather go for all A3.
For the Guide Brochures, print company is outsourcing it by end of today. If the price is still unacceptable, I'll print it myself as the last resort.
Maybe you could look through the options I suggest.
Option 1:
* A3 Posters x 20 pcs = $60 or A3 Posters x 40 pcs = $120
* A2 Posters x 20 pcs = $220++ or NO A2 POSTERS
* Guide Brochure x 200pcs = $200++ or Guide Brochure x 100pcs = $100++
* Standing Banner is ready = $100Total Costs= $580++
Option 2
* A3 Posters x 40pcs = $120
* No A2 Posters
* Guide Brochure x 100pcs = $100++
* Standing Banner is ready = $100
Total Costs= $320++ (price does not include A2 Posters)
Option 3
* A3 Posters x 40pcs = $120
* No A2 Posters
* Guide Brochure x 200pcs = $200++
* Standing Banner is ready = $100
Total Costs= $420++ (price does not include A2 Posters)
Regards,
Heidir

Cut down on the number of posters to 120? Or cut down on the 'A3 Poster
- 40pcs: < $100' to 20. I would rather not change design now. Just do a
cut on the posters and go for brochures.
So final plan should look like this ,
Here is the detailed breakdown:
- Banner with Stand - 1pc: $100
- A3 Poster - 20pcs: < $50
- A2 Poster - 20pcs: $11/pc (I told the print company to print all in
A3)
- Guide Brochure - 200pcs: $1.00++ / pc
