[Ubuntu-SG] Approved Loco Application

[Nick HS]

The Ubuntu Loco Council meeting was this morning, which we unfortunately
didn't make if for. However another meeting has been planned for the 15
December 1900 UTC (0300 Singapore Time). This gives us around a month to
finish the loco application form
