[Ubuntu-SG] Approved Loco Application

Hello All,
I will take a look today. Currently I am in Italy, though I leave tomorrow
(7 Nov.) to return to Singapore.
Who gets to push the "send" button on the application? I am not averse to
waiting, though. I concur with Chew - better to wait a bit and get it right.
