I have spoke to #ubuntu-marketing, and  said that it is a great project. 
I have also submitted it to brainstorm [0], currently with 19 votes.

Shall we adopt this as a loco project?

Materials are readily available online. [1] Seems to be a good template, 
that we can work on.
