Yup , that was the main reason why ubuntu.sg isn't a wiki. I felt that with 
forums and guides and mailing lists everywhere , another wiki won't matter 
much. We can , of course , have wiki.ubuntu.sg if we think its a good idea. 
Not a problem at all :P
