2.8 is the LTS version here. Let's keep it for noble.

This was removed from the archive. We are in 8.3 for noble. I still want
to pull in 8.3.3 from salsa before the feature freeze.

I will prepare an MP for this one. Still, the minor releases usually do
not add new features and we do have an exception process in place for
squid which we can use to upload this one later if needed.
