   There is a fix submitted by Frank Heimes for this one. I added this to our
   backlog.

   I set the status to opinion since this seems to be a design decision and not
   a bug. If the reporter disagrees, I suggested they should file a bug
   upstream.

   This is indeed affected by the CVE. This is in main in focal (where a fix is
   available), but in Universe in jammy (no fix available). I pinged security and
   they replied to the bug mentioning this is a community maintained package.
   I added it to our backlog anyway (this should be a patch-on-a-plate SRU).
