This one is a doozie. I picked it up and made it so u-r-u blocks upgrade if
rabbitmq-server is installed. I need to work on the documentation on how to
handle an upgrade properly. This also sparks some questions on how we
should maintain rabbitmq-server going forward.

I'm working on this one. Getting upstream involved, since I imagine
bcachefs will have to account for multipathing as well.

potential issue on upgrade? A user reported that when upgrading from mint
21 -> 22 that there is an error during upgrade where kpartx udev rules try
to reference the wrong path. I can not reproduce.

I made a PPA with the upstream patch to test. User tried it out and saw
that the segfault was resolved, but now an assertion failure shows up.
