   While I did not reproduce this one, the linked upstream bug affects to the
   version present in Jammy. If this indeed breaks __all__ upgrades from focal
   to jammy, we should raise the severity and tag this as server todo. For now,
   I added this to our backlog and asked the reporter for a reproducer.
