I asked for clarification on this bug. hwclock and fake-hwclock seemed to
be used interchangeably in conversation and I think that only hwclock is
needed. hwclock is in the main archive, but just not seeded any more.

version breaks existing dhcp scripts with relay
Seems a change from Focal->Jammy that might be changing command ordering
between scripts. The user reports after upgrading that the scripts get the
relay's IP and not the user's IP. I'm not familiar with setting these
utilities up, so I asked the user for setup tips to make reproduction
easier, and set it to incomplete.

Issue with upgrading mysql. Found a stackoverflow post that seems related.
The suspected error is 2 files using the same tablespace ID. Asked the user
to backup data and try removing one of the files and attempting to upgrade
again. Set to incomplete awaiting user feedback.
