Yeah seems plausible.

If jammy's nginx is unaffected, then yeah you can dupe this to LP: #1971297

Else if jammy is affected, then we need either a CVE like security said
(and we leave it to them), or we need steps to reproduce so we can try
doing an SRU.

Either way, I think normal triaging can be done on it, we don't have to
wait for security; they'll make it clear if they're going to handle it.
