ustriage found 12 bugs.  These are the noteworthy ones:

### https://pad.lv/1890276 - *(Fix Released) [rpcbind] - rpcbind changes
    after bionic broke rup broadcast feature

A user was kind enough to leave a comment pointing out that this is not
actually a bug, but rather something that is documented in rpcbind's
manpage.  I was able to (1) reproduce the scenario described in the bug
description, and then (2) verify that it indeed works when following
what's written on the manpage.  For this reason, I set the status of all
tasks to Invalid and left a comment explaining my reasoning.

    /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Incomplete.  Seems like a local issue, but I left a comment with my
analysis there.
