ustriage found 15 bugs.  These are the noteworthy ones:

    8.0.23-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 failed to install/upgrade: installed
    mysql-server-8.0 package post-installation script subprocess returned
    error exit status 1

Close as a duplicate of #1876900.

While looking for possible duplicates of the bug above, I stumbled upon
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-8.0/+bug/1921630> which
looks like a dupe for bug #1899248, so I marked it as such.
