Found 14 bugs

Whist most of them seem to be under control, the ones
worth mentioning are:

1. LP: #1934992 - (New) [rsync] - rsync 3.2.x in Groovy
   depends on broken libxxhash 0.7.x

The reporter was trying to manually install rsync from
Groovy to Focal but not installing a new libxxhash at
the same time. Whilst I believe this is an invalid bug
report, I set it to "incomplete" to leave some space
for discussion, et al.


2. LP: #1934998 - (New) [mysql-8.0] - package
   mysql-server 8.0.25-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 failed to
   install/upgrade: problèmes de dépendances - laissé
   non configuré

A bug report in French! \o/
The usual thing here, marked the bug report as incomplete
because there's no sufficient information or anything.


3. LP: #1935053 - (New) [php7.4] - package php7.4-cli
   7.4.3-4ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: gatilhos
   em loop, abandonado

A bug report in Portuguese! \o/
(by this speed, I am going to be a multilingual v soon!)
Anyway, marked this one as incomplete because as per the
logs, it looks like a local issue and I couldn't reproduce
it either. Asked for more details.
