Bug Triage - Winter Fridays 17/24/31 December

I was completing the triage duties that I missed during the Christmas/NewYear
phase. I've had 8+2+9 bugs to take a look at.
Of these a delightful amount ~2/3 were completion and closing updates.

Worth to mention is only one, that seems like a valid patch-on-a-plate scenario.
On that I subscribed the team and marked server-next. I've assigned myself
to take a look later on (openldap apparmor rules for
letsencrypt - bug 1909748).
