Still can't reproduce, even inside a VM.  Marked it as Incomplete again,
and asked for more info.

    when not being purged

Reproduced.  Doesn't seem to be an urgent issue, so I subscribed myself,
ubuntu-server, and left a comment to manage expectations.

There's a comment instructing the reporter to collect more info from
apport, so I didn't touch it.
