Hello everyone,

Sending this to a set of people I think should be able to do some
actions here. We will be going live with Beta images today, but from
what I see the release notes are still very empty. We usually have at
least *some* contents in the release notes by this time.

Please be sure to include some basic feature changes for 21.04 in the
release notes!
