Wednesday Triage Report (2020-10-07)

This is the Wednesday triage report for 2020-10-07.

ustriage found 18 bugs.  As usual, most of them are being handled.  Two
new bugs were filed:

### https://pad.lv/1898707 - (New) [lua5.2] - package lua5.2 (not
    installed) failed to install/upgrade: installed lua5.2 package
    post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2

Incomplete.  Likely a configuration error, or something inconsistent
with the user's dpkg database.  Marked as such.

### https://pad.lv/1898717 - (New) [apache2] - 16.04 -> 18.04 -> 20.04,
    do-release-upgrade from 18.04: package apache2 2.4.41-4ubuntu3.1
    failed to install/upgrade: installed apache2 package
    post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

A bit trickier than the last one, but based on the log messages I also
marked as Incomplete, since it seems like there is some Apache
configuration problem.  I explained my analysis, and asked for more
info.
