Upgrade 16.04 to 18.04

Tried do-release-upgrade which said "No new releases..." Realized it's probably due to the just-released 20.04. A quick search of the web almost always lists do-release-upgrade. Even if 20.04 had been out long enough, I'm not ready to move to that yet. Short of "re-install" what are my other options? Thanks for your help.
