Certainly.  I've uploaded lp-team.json to our shared folder.

Yep, I recognize the list is rather "raw" and will need some filtering.
There are also cases where hidden emails in Launchpad or name variations
in Debian changelogs may be failing to include some data.  So I'd very
much appreciate feedback on anything that looks incorrect/too-much/too-little.

Yep, well as you can imagine this requires a fair bit of refactoring to
integrate this new code/data with the original code/data.  That's the
next step here, but wanted to get this data out for use soon.
