There is just one package needing attention: php7.4 is blocked in proposed
for 5 days because of a php-parser/4.4.0-1 regression in armhf. I went
through the logs and it seems a legitimate issue, so it needs some further
investigation.

grub-legacy-ec2 as invalid again since no extra information was provided.

LP: #1873166 - (Confirmed)      [rpcbind]        - Consider splitting
check_rpc into a separate package
* Marked as server-triage-discuss by Christian, so I did nothing until we
address it in the next server triage meeting
