Hi,

What is the status of the cgmanager package?

Yesterday, a bug report was filed against the Ubuntu server guide - Control Groups chapter.
To investigate I tried to install cgmanager on my bionic server test VM. However, I can not find it.
It exists for 16.04, and I have it on my 16.04 servers.
It doesn't seem to exist for artful or bionic, according to https://packages.ubuntu.com/.

Does this chapter need to be deleted from the Ubuntu Serverguide for 18.04?
