The PPA you are using is the right one; kilo-1 was release right
before the Christmas break, so we've only had about 1 week working on
any further packaging updates and new dependencies for kilo-1.

Hopefully we should have everything wrapped up by the end of this
week, however we do have one potentially blocking MIR for keystone
(needs pysaml2 now) so that might lag a little.
