xen-create-image precise domU, boot freezed

Hello,
I have successfully installed the following Xen packages on Ubuntu 12.04
server:

xen-hypervisor-4.1-amd64
xen-tools
xen-utils-4.1
xen-utils-common
xenstore-utils

Then I successfully created a lucid 10.04 server domU with xen-create-image
command: this vm works fine.
If I try to build a new precise 12.04 domU xen-create-image creates the vm,
but when boot freezes at:

[ ... ]
[Begin: Mounting root file system ... Begin: Running /scripts/local-top ...
done.
Begin: Running /scripts/local-premount ... done.
[ 6.595477] EXT4-fs (xvda2): INFO: recovery required on readonly
filesystem
[ 6.595491] EXT4-fs (xvda2): write access will be enabled during recovery
[ 6.601382] EXT4-fs (xvda2): recovery complete
[ 6.601794] EXT4-fs (xvda2): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.
Opts: (null)
Begin: Running /scripts/local-bottom ... done.

Best regards.
