cobbler seting about puppet

Hi

Now in ubuntu 12.04, install cobbler , /etc/cobbler/setting

have some config about puppet. like puppet_auto_setup and
sign_puppet_certs_automatically

if enable it, whether can working.

I think the config can work in centos.

how to make it work in ubuntu 12.04?
