libvirt: can't install OpenSSH using vmbuilder.

It seems like that is the case, I have solved the problem by using a
boot.sh with the following lines:
sleep 3
apt-get update
apt-get install -qqy --force-yes openssh-server
The 'sleep 3' is enough for the network to get up and running before
proceeding.
It might be worth considering to mention this in the official
documentation.
