There's a site called shell-fu.com, here's a list of their top 25 tips
currently: http://shell-fu.org/lister.php?top

It's basically a site where users can submit and rank tips, there should
be a wealth of two-liners in there that should be appropriate for Ubuntu
servers.

Feel free to leave out the fork bombs though :)
