OpenVZ in Jaunty amd64

Hello,

does anybody know where the openvz kernel image or kernel patch can be
found? The package descriptions from vzctl and vzquota from universe
tells that one have to use linux-patch-openvz to build a openvz enabled
kernel, but where can i find this package? 

Does Ubuntu not support openvz anymore in Jaunty because they
incorporated kvm for virtualisation services? openvz is not really the
same i think, but is it the only way to go, despite building a kernel
from kernel.org?
