admsnap is distributed via an rpm. It installed on Ubuntu Dapper, with
errors but it did work, until the fist time I did an apt upgrade.
Trend Micro IMSS, IIRC, is disributed as an executable bin file which
extracts and silently installs a bunch of rpms. With IMSS, I really want to
be sure, though, that Trend will provide tech support when IMSS is installed
on Ubuntu.
