I quite like the 'visions' page. That could be date stamped, updated, 
publicised, and be accessed easily will little indexing. 
Maybe 'ServerVisions'

Being in Bizdev at Canonical, we have many ideas that don't get out in the 
wild, most of which are moving towards commercial areas and partners, but to 
have an open ideas page would be great ( caveat : has to be updated though )
