Ubuntu is ***** nothing coz it lacks that services in its installer CD

The unfortunate nature of email is that it is a very sterile communication
medium. Things can quickly spiral out of control because the face to face
element of communication is removed. Thus, people write things they normally
would not say in person.
I myself have been as guilty of this as anyone. I've found that if I
literally read what I write out loud before hitting send, I catch things
that could come across rather terse when they weren't meant that way.
Obviously this would be tedious to do for every message. But when there is a
tense situation and choice of words might be very important, give it a shot.
You might be surprised at the result.
