That was not quite right either. :) This is what I've managed to find
out: The things on the server CD are all covered by 5 years of support.
The list of packages on the server CD is the union of these (for
Dapper):
http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/germinate-output/dapper/server
http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/germinate-output/dapper/standard
http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/germinate-output/dapper/minimal
http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/germinate-output/dapper/boot

Now, this doesn't mean that other packages cannot be covered, too, if
there's sufficient demand and they look server-ish, but the above four
links show the stuff that is on the server CD, so they are counted as
"server packages". If you need anything not on those lists, I recommend
you contact the Canonical Support office and tell them about your
specific needs.  I'm sure they can come up with something.
