Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.

I see errors about two packages actually:

That being said, you seem to be having hardware problems with one of your disks (sdb2):

I suggest you take a look at that disk as soon as possible before data
is lost. I'll mark this bug as incomplete for now.
